Black Tie Party Rentals was the absolute best experience I've had! Karen and her husband were very prompt, courteous and professional about every aspect of planning my daughter's sweet 16. From the beginning Karen was upfront about pricing, what is included and what services were available. She made sure I was comfortable with everything before setup.
